If the service didn't work for you, write to us within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund the full amount, no questions asked.
Renewals
Monthly renewals are not refundable, but you can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
How to request a refund
Email svchappuis@gmail.com from the address associated with your purchase, or reply to your Paddle receipt. Refunds are processed by Paddle (our Merchant of Record) to the same payment method, usually within 5-10 business days.
