Terms of Service

The service
Bookmarks (x-bookmark-cleaner.vickychappuis.dev) organizes your X bookmarks by topic. By connecting your X account you authorize us to read your bookmarks (and delete them only when you ask) using the official X API, on your behalf. The service is operated by María Victoria Chappuis (sole proprietor, Uruguay).
Subscription & payments
The service is offered as a monthly subscription. Payments are processed by Paddle, acting as Merchant of Record. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to violate X's terms, resell the data obtained, or access bookmarks of accounts you don't control.
Warranties & liability
The service is provided "as is", without warranties. We depend on the X API, which may change or restrict access at any time. Our total liability is limited to what you paid in the last 3 months.
